By participating to avail this Offer, all User(s) agree to be bound by the Terms of Use (https://www.swiggy.com/terms-and-conditions), Privacy Policy (https://www.swiggy.com/privacy-policy) and other relevant Swiggy policies and documentations that are available on the Platform including any modifications, alterations or updates that Swiggy (hereinafter referred to as “We” “Us”, or “Swiggy”) make (collectively referred to as "Swiggy T&Cs").

1. Swiggy doesn’t take any liability and doesn’t give any guarantee or warranty regarding the services provided or availed by the Users through the voucher/s, distributed by Swiggy on the Platform.
2. In the event of any queries relating to the Offer, You may reach out to Us through the' Contact Us' section on the Platform.
3. Swiggy shall not be liable for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to availing or participation by any User in the Offer, whether direct or indirect.
4. We assume no responsibility for any technical error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, loss or damage in the operation of the Platformand/or participation in the Offer. If for any reason the Offer is not capable of being run as planned, due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of Us, We may modify, suspend, terminate or recommence the Offer without any further notice.
5. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Swiggy harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney' s fee) that may be suffered by Swiggy as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms of this T&Cs or any other policy by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part and/or (iv) any third party claims.
6. These T&Cs shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under these T&Cs.
7. Under no circumstance shall Swiggy and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the User and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if Swiggy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
